These Compliance Modules were originally developed as part of the orientation provided to new faculty members at Florida International University. Each module highlights significant compliance areas impacting the University’s academic and administrative activities on a daily basis and directs the reader to available University resources. The modules are not intended as a comprehensive recitation of law or University policy, but as a brief overview that may allow the reader to recognize issues, raise questions or address concerns.
The Florida International University Compliance Program is proactive in raising awareness regarding compliance issues through education and training in order to ensure that compliance is central to the institution’s culture and fabric. We welcome your comments regarding these modules or the development of additional modules in any other compliance-related subject matter areas which you believe may be of benefit to our University community.
